All orders are shipped through DHL. Available shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination postal or ZIP code.

We offer free DHL shipping on orders over MXN $5,000.

Orders begin processing on the next business day after the purchase is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.
