Wearable art, made one piece at a time

Founded in 1971, SUCESOS is a family-owned and operated studio of designers, artists, and makers. Our work brings contemporary art and clothing together, translating original compositions, considered silhouettes, and richly textured fabrics into one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art.

Texture, movement, and quality are at the heart of everything we make. Every garment is shaped through a collective process and carries the touch of many hands. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Our process

Our process begins with cotton designed by SUCESOS and woven into a premium fabric selected for its texture, lightness, and natural drape. This fabric becomes our canvas. Using brushes, rollers, and spatulas, our artists apply color and compose each artwork by hand. Every canvas is unique.

Once the artwork is complete, the painted fabric is pre-washed and pre-shrunk to help the finished garment retain its shape and color. Our team of haute couture seamstresses then cuts and constructs each garment individually, one at a time.

From the first mark of paint to the final stitch, every SUCESOS piece reflects more than five decades of family knowledge, artistic exploration, and exacting craftsmanship.
